What is your return policy for fitness apparel and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, compression wear and socks must be unopened to qualify for a refund.
Does PRIME Home equipment come with a warranty?
Yes, all of our strength training equipment comes with a 2-year frame warranty and a 1-year warranty on moving parts and cables to ensure your home workouts remain safe and effective.
Do you offer professional installation services?
We provide detailed assembly guides and videos for all products. For complex installations like multi-gym systems, we can recommend certified local technicians through our partner network.

Are your dumbbells and plates sold in pairs or individually?
Most of our dumbbells are sold in pairs, while Olympic weight plates are sold individually unless specified as a 'Set' in the product title.
